Choices 2006 Profiles

NOTE: Saving a profile will require the use of removable media, e.g. usb pen drives.

Saving Profiles  -  Before launching the program you will need to install your removable media

in the usb port.  After windows has installed the removable media open up "My Computer"

and note the drive location of the removable media.

After you launch "Choices 2006" a "Choices Session File" window will appear.  Click on the

"JUMP IN" button.  When the main menu screen appears go to File|Save; this will open up

a "Save As" window.  On the left hand side of the window click on the "My Computer" icon.

Next double-click the drive location assigned to the removable media that you noted above.  

Type a profile name in the "File name:" box and click the "Save" button.  Your profile will

now be stored on the removable media.  Your profile name should now appear at the top of the

main menu window next to "Choices 2006".

 

Opening Profiles - same as above, make sure that the removable media that holds

the profile is installed before proceeding.

From the "Choices Session File" window, that appears when you launch the program, click on the

"FIND" button.   Click on the "My Computer" icon on the left hand side.  Double-click the drive

assigned to the removable media that you noted above.  Browse to the location where the profile was

saved and double-click the file.  This will open up the users profile.
