Video Conference Computers

Many of our video conference rooms include an ITS-managed computer to use with the Visual Concert presentation system.  These computers are configured with University College's standard programs and are accessible by anyone with a UMS ID and password. 

We have enabled some advance features so that when you wish to present material over the video conferencing system, you can zoom in and out and have your mouse follow the pointer. 

VC Computer Hot-Keys:

• Alt-z for zoom
• Alt-n for normal
• Alt-m enables mouse to follow pointer

We've created a sheet of labels in Microsoft Publisher that instruct people how to log in and to use the hot keys.  We are putting these labels on VC computer monitors.  You can download this file, open it in Microsoft Publisher,  and print your own set of Avery 8161 1x4 labels.
