GroupWise Calendar Views

GroupWise has four default calendar views (Day, Week, Month and Year) as well as many other views built right in.  You can create custom views, such as one that represents the room resources at your center) and assign buttons to them for easy access.  You can then label each button according to the team, calendar or resources it shows.


Creating a Calendar View

  1. Click the Calendar tab or folder to view your main GW calendar.
  2. Right-click the Calendar toolbar | Properties.
  3. Press New View...
  4. Choose a view in the View drop-down list.
  5. Enter a name for the view in the Name field.
  6. OK | OK.
  7. A new button appears on your Calendar toolbar.  Press it to see your new view.

Creating a Multi-User View button

  1. Right-click the Calendar toolbar | Properties.
  2. Press New View...
  3. Select Multi-User.  Do not select Multi-User (default).
  4. Enter a name for the view in the Name field.
  5. OK | OK.
  6. The Multi-User selection dialog will appear.
  7. Select the proxy calendar(s) you wish to access using this Multi-User view.
  8. Press OK.

Deleting a Calendar View button

  1. Right-click the Calendar toolbar | Properties.
  2. Select the view you wish to delete.
  3. Press Delete | OK.
