Firefox - Open With "OK" button is greyed out
When using Firefox to download or open documents, e.g., MS-Word, from a webpage, Firefox prompts you if you want to open the document with MS-Word, but the "OK" button is gray. Clicking the button once makes it clickable (not gray). clicking it again makes it open the document.
