UNET Network Operations Center (NOC) in Orono reports that there was a ten-minute period on February 23, 2005, where students and staff were unable to log into computers due to problems with the DHCP server. Tech Support received similar calls the day before.
If you find that students cannot login with their own ID and cannot login with the CVA account, please be aware that the system may be experiencing a recurring problem. Please report the problem to Tech Support as soon as possible. (1-800-696-4357) We are trying to nail down the underlying cause of the problem.
